Mary Ann Corriveau's Story
Life
After graduating from Catholic Central High School in 1960 I immediately went to St. Mary's School of Nursing in Saginaw, Mi. for 3 years to receive my RN. I have been working off and on ever since. Presently, I'm working in St. Anthony Memorial Health Center in Michigan City, In. in the rehab department. I have been working at this hospital for over 20 years in different departments.
Norm Filipiak and I have lived here for 23 years, he was transferred here with Sears as an assistant manager. Since then, we have had our own business of a bakery and I was the cake decor...Expand for more
ator and presently, we own Cascade Mountain Adventure Park. Norm works full time there in the 6 months of good weather and I work part-time doing the landscaping, my first love.
We just last Sept moved into our "last home" which is a ranch with a full basement to be used as our "retirement home". Presently, I'm doing the landscaping and trying to grow some grass. We really enjoy the house.
I've kept in contact with a few of our graduates: Rex McCallum, Janice and Jim Kollien, and Jane and Bob Helinski. Hope to see all of you at our next class reunion in 1965 in Alpena.
