Billy lived in Newport News, Virginia. His schools include Warwick JR High an Warwick High.
He served in the US Navy, attended GA SW College, Americus, GA., joined the US Army, retired 24 yrs later.
Worked for the TN Dept of Corrections, went to work for the US Postal Service, retired at a ripe old age.

military music, America and what we stand for, and the freedom to travel all over the world, and has. Still travelling.
