Mary's Story
Life
Currently retired and widowed since last October when ill husband passed away. Took care of ill him for three years. Was married for over 20 years first time and had six children (all grown now) plus twelve grandchildren and 1 gr grandson. Lived many different places while first husband while he was in Air Force. Second husband (Jerry)is retired from Tri-Met where he worked for over 20 years driving both buses and light rail. We moved to Cornelius and living in a mobile in a 55+ park. ily. We both fished a lot until my husband got to ill to move about, Previously worked for the State of Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries for 15 years and then the US Post Office for 1 1/2 years and US Bank for 6 mos. Worked in the Nordstrom's warehouse on and off for several years for a temporary service. Just trying to get work done around house now with my arthritis stiopping me from doing heavy stuff. Most activities are chasing cat when he escapes and visiting granchildren who are close in Banks and of course daughter and her husband.
