Mary's Story
Fifty years....wow ! None of us are the same, that's for sure. My only regret is that I didn't keep track of many of my close friends and here, fifty years later, I wonder what has become of them and , maybe, they think the same of me, so..... I married my best friend 49 years ago and we have 2 wonderful sons, 2 great daughters-in-law, and 4 grandchildren that make us smile. David was an electrical contractor, we owned our business until 2001 when we sold it, got an RV and traveled the country....so much to see and fun to be had.! er son took a job with the government in the State Department so we could be close by and enjoy three of our grandchildren growing up and participate in their activities....then (surprise) after 11 years our younger son and his wife blessed us with our 4th grandchild....we now have a home in Wenatchee so we can be close for her as we were for her cousins. On a personal note, I have fought cancer twice, and won ! We are happy and we are healthy...I wish nothing less for all of our class of 1965 and your families.
