Mary's Story

Ok here goes: I had a daughter in dec of 77, that is right she is now 36. The father punked out and I raised her by myself until I met this wornderful guy and he adopted her no questions asked, and we got married. WE were here in Fayettivelle for a while and when he got out of the ARMY we went to NY. Some 16 years or so later things did not work out and we went our separted ways. I lived in New York for a while, then my sister asked me to come and live with her in Jacksonville, FL. Stayed there for...Expand for more
a while and then went down to Dayton Beach. Where I'm living now with my daughter and my grand daughter, who is 6 1/2. She is in the 1st grade and loves it. My daughter and grand daughter live together and the house belongs to my daughter. I liked racing before but until I went to work my first race at DAYTONA SPEEDWAY I was hooked. I dare all my Facebook friends to come yo the YMCA in Hope Mills or in Fayetteville to do our March Madness. It cost $10 per event. Come and help out money raised helps family's to send their children to the Y's summer camp

The first Friday of 'Lent' and I go to walmart and get shrimp scampi. I sauté up onions, red, green & yellow peppers with garlic and then boil pasta cuz I did not have rice. With a glass of white wine for lunch. Yummy.
