went to college after high school. Met my husband there. Well, actually, met my boyfriend there, it would be just silly to met my husband there when I wasn't even married yet. lol Ok, well anyways, been married this year for 34 years. Hell...are we getting old or what? This is just crazy. Why did our parents act so damn old when we were going up? I feel, mind..not body, I feel no different then I did while in high school. I still do stupid stuff and act silly to the point my kids think I've lost my mind. But dang, life is way to short. I swear my mom must have been born old! We became foster parents for the state of Indiana. That was a great time in our lives. Great because we adopted two babies through that. Not so great because I got too attached to them, and never wanted to give them back. And by the time you get back the same child, and the state keeps giving them back to the same people to beat up or abuse again and again...I just couldn't take it any more.
