Mary's Story
I currently live in Tulsa, Oklahoma with my husband of 40 years, Gary Lindaman. We have two grown children who live close by and have five grandchildren. I retired in 2006 after a 22 year career with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma. I graduated in 1973 from the University of Oklahoma, did graduate work at OU before embarking on a career. In retirement I have become heavily involved in the League of Women Voters and chaired a project in 2018 to produce a state-wide 2018 Oklahoma Voter Guide. I have served on the Board of Directors for the League of Women Voters of Oklahoma and on the League of Women Voters of Metropolitan Tulsa. I belong t...Expand for more
o a book club, play in a bridge group and attend All Souls Unitarian Church in Tulsa. I survived breast cancer at the age of 40 so have been an advocate for women's health for many years. I am also currently involved with a group of classmates who are planning a 50th reunion for the class of 1969. Details the events are on the JMHSClassof69.myevent.com website The Reunion will be held the weekend of October 4 - 5, 2019. A group of about 23 classmates, many of whom still reside in Oklahoma City, are working on plans. We are trying to locate as many classmates so if you have contact with any classmates please share the information about the Reunion.
