Mary's Story
Not much to tell. Had a few crazy years. married a couple of crazy guys, but I pulled it all together, found a normal guy,got married again in 1975 and that was it for marriages. I'm a widow now. Had 3 great kids. A girl and 2 boys. Have 6 grandkids, 5 girls and 1 boy. They range in age from 25 to 5. My daughter died of a brain aneurysm in March 2010 and her 2 daughters live with me now. They're both grown (25 & 18) so it's not like I have to raise more kids. They just need some stability and security in their lives right now. We help each other deal with our loss. Both my sons have great families. They each have 2 kids and are both doing well. We all live in southern California in the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles We all live with-in a couple miles of each other and I love having everyone so close. ight (I especially enjoy that). Dan (my youngest) and I are huge LA Kings Hockey fans. We hold seasons tickets. We are also still huge Packer fans. We never miss a game thanks to Prime ticket.I have 3 dogs. 2 yorkies and a Mini Poodle. They are my babies. I do a lot of yard work and gardening. I do a lot of baking too. As a matter of fact I'm starting cake decorating classes with my 11 & 12 year old granddaughters in a couple of weeks. I like to do crosswords and word games, and I like to play computer games.I watch some TV but I really hate all this so called reality crap. Since when is it ok to pay people for behaving badly? And since when can you be considered a celebrity or star when you don't have an iota of any kind of talent? I REALLY DON'T GET IT. The world has become a sad place these days and I don't envy what our grandkids have to deal with.
