2024 - to all NE Alumni - there will be a 100 yr Celebration
May 16 - 4 to 8 pm - Kansas City Museum
May 17 - NE high - lots of activities starting at 9 am and finishing with a Dance at 8pm in School Gym.
NO CHARGE to Attend.
Your only costs will be what you drink, eat or purchase. ( no $$ amounts given)

17 mo ago I was in a near fatal car accident - passenger with Terri Hood. She suffered brain injury and n...Expand for more
ow is doing as best as could be expected...got her sense of humor back!
As for me...well ...I had many multiple injuries...head to pelvis..internal. heart.lung.ribs.abdomen...soo..at this point I still have 2-3 doctor visits per week.
BUT..I am walking...with cane..I went back to Liberty Hosp to thank the Trama Dr - Dr Beggs...we talked about all injuries..I joked with him about being a cat who lost ONE of her 9 lives...he said"Cat, how about THREE!"
Surprise to me !!
I was in KU for 4 mo.- they will always be my heros..with everything I went thru - I tell them they were able to "put Humpty Dumpty "back together again"
I THANK - Kay Potter- Harris ; my soul sister for all her love and daily help.
