s in various business classes, mostly in bookkeeping or using computer programs. Workplace Did waitressing at Howard Johnson's in Knoxville until I moved to Atlanta where I worked at Lockheed Aircraft in Marietta, took time off to have a baby and then worked at Georgia Tech as secretary in the bookstore. Moved to Kentucky and did Kelly Girl and Manpower temporary office jobs. Moved to Louisiana and did more temp work. Also had a job at a home health agency, again this was secretarial work. Moved back to Lexington, Ky and worked at the UK Med Center as administrative secretary. Moved to Pikeville but did not work. Back to Lexington and had another baby so did not work for 16 years. We had an insurance agency and I worked there three years. Worked my butt off trying to keep it together. Now I do a temporary part-time job for the government each year during tobacco season. This is just deleting the pounds of tobacco the farmer sold from his card. Just a ball point pen and a 10 key calculator. YUK but the pay's excellent. Only downside to this job is there's no excuse not to show up during ice and snow. I have not known the tobacco sales to cancel but once for weather.
