Mary's Story
Life
After high school at Redondo and Valencia, I went to college, graduating from UCSB with a degree in English. I lived and worked on the east coast for eight years after that. Married there, moved back to northern Cal, had three children, two now graduated from college and out in the world, our youngest daughter currently struggling with culture-shock as a sophomore on the crew team at an eastern college. een under a pen-name (Perri O'Shaughnessy-website perrio.com) with at least two more planned. My sister, Meg, and late brother, Patrick, also attended Valencia. I now live near Palo Alto and spend lots of time in Tahoe. I am curious. How are you all? You can always write to me through the website, if you want to say hello.
I went back to Valencia a few years ago, and was pleasantly surprised at how pretty it still looked. Do they still have a senior quad, I wonder? Those were heady days, but doesn't it seem like long ago?
