& music industries, which being project driven was exciting, fun (and a little crazy) in the late 1970's & 1980's. In the 1990's I taught Kindergarten. I loved the kids.
Today and for the last 10 years I am passionate about teaching and practicing Pilates. I so look forward to my classes, where I move a group of students along a graduated experience of intensity performing simple to complex classic Pilates movements. Pilates is the most deep and complete form of exercise I have ever experienced and I love bringing it to my classes and clients.
Exercise in all forms keeps my spirits up so I walk a couple miles 3-5 days a week and perform movements from the classic repertoire on the Reformer in my studio several hours a week. I love doing Yoga, sharing with excellent teachers and I do this often. I love to dance to great live music. Dancing sets my soul free - a fun way to feel & become one with the energy of the music- sound waves.
Yes, I do very much like outside activities too and hope to be invited by friends old & new to go kayaking, hiking and cycling.".
