My Spouse
He was a friend for 19 years and when i developed cancer in 1999 Paul was with me through the worst and now the best of it.
My Kids
I have a 24 year old stepson Jonathan who is attending Dalton State College in Georgia and is now married to a lovely girl named Sharon.. My daughter Charlotte is 23. She attended Trevecca Nazarene College in Nashville for her freshman and sophomore year and then attended University of Tampa, and on to University of South Florida majoring in education and received her masters degree. She is preparing to work on her doctorate degree along with getting married in march to a lovely man name chris.
David is almost 18 and has begun college this year at Columbus State since the fall. His interest are in sports and video games...especially Final Fantasy. He is wanting to do something in the medical field but not exactly sure.
Brett has finished high school as well and is preparing for college come January . He loves riding his bike, pushing the edge of things(a daredevil one might suggest) and of course video games. He has a passion with computers as well. He is working full time to buy a car and we are so proud of him.
Juli is almost 17 years old...age... She has just found an interest in the computer so we are constantly battling on who gets it next. She loves school and has...Expand for more
joined the Model UN and young womens group and also the national honor society. She currently resides with us in Jeddah Saudi Arabia.
Last but not least is Molly...she is 9 years old and every bit of that. She tries to be like the older girls and gets upset if she can't go where ever they do...but that's okay, because most of the time they don't mind. In the morning we can even find her sleeping in their room. ADORABLE she is. Her first word was sausage.
My Job
I was a school nurse employed by the Whitfield County Health Department. I have had several administrative roles in my career but none as rewarding as what i did in the schools. I loved it, and the hours were perfect. As of 2002 i have been living in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and working in a clinic here on the compound in which we live. I am also teaching english to an arab, 2 koreans, and 2 german ladies and several other kids.I am working teaching 2nd and 3rd grade at the American International School and i love it. We have seen many places abroad and i thank God we have had this opportunity for us and our family. Juli is the only one living abroad with us and goes to the american international school and loves it. We all went on a trip for the whole family to scotland at Christmas 2005 . It was fantastic and surely one we will all remember for years to come.
