tched Queen size quilt for years now. I do small projects in between to keep me interested. I've quilted with Margaret Armstrong of Lowell for many years. I make beaded jewelry for friends, family, and myself. I love to read. I love the ocean...any ocean. I love visiting Wells Beach, ME and Ogunquit, ME. In January of 2011, I underwent a gastric bypass procedure as a last ditch attempt to get my weight problem under control. So far, the journey has been wonderful. I have been a volunteer "Ambassador" for Lowell General Hospital's Center for Weight Management for the past year. It's something I will continue to work on for the rest of my life, but it has been well worth it. I'd be glad to discuss weight loss surgery with anyone with questions, and I give Lowell General's program the highest recommendations ever. They are knowledgeable, caring, and more supportive than I could ever imagine.
