Mary's Story
After High School ended, I took up a job at Target (fun, right? lol) met Benny and we started dating. In 2005 we got married and I moved up to Central California with him since he was stationed up there. After serving 7 years in the Navy, he decided he wanted out since we had a little one on the way. Aubrey was born March 12, 2007 and Benny was honorably discharged in June that year, we moved back down to San Diego and now I am a stay at home mom, while he goes to work full time. I plan on going back to college very soon once I can get Aubrey into daycare. I went to college up north for a little while shooting for a degree in Criminal Justice, but I decided to change my degree to Photography once I got down here. Where we will go next is our big decision, but I would definitely like to obtain my degree first and hopefully some...Expand for more

Aubrey is the light of our life here, she is walking, "jabbering" (she says lots of words!), and one of her favorite things to do is dance. She is so funny! Always laughing and having fun, she is one of the happiest babies I have ever seen. Soon she will be our little Native American baby as well. Benny is in the Sioux Indian Tribe of South Dakota, and pretty soon she will be too, and we are thinking to one day adopt a Native American child as well. Seeing how I was adopted I believe it is a beautiful thing to give a child a second chance at a good life if it wasn't given to them initially.
I almost forgot- we have 4 animals: our boy cat Buttons, girl dog KC, and 2 dwarf hamsters Milo and Nibbler. lol! :)`
