Been together 39 years this October
Been Married 30 years this July
Also married 5 step-children
4 boys: Alan, Leon, Brian and Bruce
1 girl: Lynn Marie
THATS RIGHT.... 9 IN ALL 6 BOYS, 3 GIRLS.. OUR OWN BALL TEAM.
The good part: kids are all grown now with families of their own giving us 24 granschildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
The bad part: they live all over the country and we haven't all been together since 1979 :(
We keep in touch via vacations and phone calls, cards and letters.
Not the same as a Sunday dinner or a Birthday though. A phone call is nice but a HUG is always better.
I have liven in many parts of this country of ours but no matter where I go, Oneida is always Home and so I came Home.

Oh we have made a lot of changes and there will probably be many more but as long as that warm homie feeling doesn't change that's alright by me.
I really don't know what more to say really. Got married right out of school, babies one after another but I did manage to go to college, the same year our first son did..lol and everyone thought that was funny.
I got an associates degree in business and another in accounting. Went back again and now have my BA in Psycology, who would have thought. I'm now thinking I'll go all the way now to my Dr. WOW.. what a rush, Dr. Mary Cook...sounds pretty good doesn't it :)
Going to stop now but if I think of something I'll fill it in later.
