Mary Kozlik:  

At this "stage of the game" the "story" seems more like the HISTORY ! Born in Milw, raised in Muskego . . . on Island Dr. just a block East of the "lake". LOVED growing up in our little neighborhood ! We played "cowboys" in the valley, swam and learned to water ski ( slaome even) on the lake. (Butch Poszlenzie was our 1st "barefoot" skier) Brother Phil's 50hp Evinrude was the biggest motor on the lake for awhile and brother Pete and I were able to "hot-start" it during the day, while Phil was at work. AWESOME fun summer-times ! ! ! Ice skating and sleding/snow sking kept us busy during the winter months. Was hired by Allen-Bradley to sing/tour with their orcherstra/chorus ( got to perform at the old Ryman Theatre/Grand Old Opry in Nashville a few times as well as TONS of other "one-nighters" pretty much all over our wonderful country while out "on the road" . (Was much too young to really appreciate these few years but they sure have given me some GREAT memories ! ! ! ) Got married to the "love of my life" in 1963. Raised 2 boys and a girl who all graduated from MHS . The boys have blessed us with 5 "grand-babies" . . . daughter Julie and I continue to teach dance & gymnastics at our very own school located just a mile or so from the High school on Racine Ave. We are MAJK (Mary And Julie Kozlik) and almost everyone calls me "Miss Mary". (Even family and friends . . . even mom . . . even the priests) Which reminds me . . .
