Mary's Story
Life
I have been teaching jr. high/ middle school Family and Consumer Sciences (Home Economics) for 33 years in the Kingston City School District, Kingston, NY. As of June 30, 2003, I will be officially retired. My husband,John, retired three years ago as the Director of Mathematics and Testing for the Kingston School district and is now an adjunct professor at our local community college . UPDATE: I am now a grandma and love it. Evan was born on Oct. 25, 2007 and his little brother is due Dec. '09. Their Mom and Dad, our daughter Colleen, live in North Carolina so we drive south on 95 frequently.
My Dad died April 2007 and Mom lives alone, still in Levittown, so I spend a great deal of time with her.
John and I still find time to travel.
