My only desire growing up was to be a wife and mother. Paul & I married in my senior year, Nov 1968. We lived in Ojai until 1971 when Paul got a job at General Motors in Van Nuys. We got involved in a Bible teaching church and commited our lives to live for the Lord Jesus Christ. When he got laid off from GM in 1975, he enlisted 4 yrs in the Army as a ministry. He worked with the men in the barracks, and I led women's Bible studies and taught Sunday School. We had a son and a daughter while in Ojai, and a daughter and a son born at Fort Lewis WA. In 1979, Paul went back to work at GM. We had 2 more daughters, bringing our family to 2 sons and 4 daughters. In 1990, we moved to Spring Hill TN to be part of the Saturn Corp. I remained a stay at home Mom and home-schooled our kids. We have remained committed to the Lord, as have all 6 of our children, & 5 spouses. Paul is now retired from GM, and...Expand for more
