Life After I left St. Mary of Redford, this was in 1979. My family had moved to Livonia, I attended Livonia Churchill High School. What an absolute shocker to go from a school size of roughly 350 to 2000! It took practically my whole senior year just to get to know my class. Get this, I needed 1 credit to graduate! So I filled my dance card psych and art classes, that was fun to say the least. After graduating I moved to East Lansing to be near a close friend whom is Ellen Lobocki, she attended St. Mary of Redford from 1st to 8th grade, then attended Ladywood in Farmington Hills. She then went to Michigan State University, and majored in Vetranary Medicine. She now works and lives in Southern California. We still speak and email often. I met and later married my first husband, in East Lansing. He studied Fine Arts/Graphic Design. He taught me Graphic Design first hand. I went to Lansing Community College and majored in Commercial Art/Illustration. Shy of 4 credits to graduate, I gave birth to a set of identical twin daughters which are now 19! One is studying Nuclear Engineering in the Navy, the other is studying Linquistics and Journalism at Wayne State University. I raised up my two daughters to be upright, go the extra distance and always look for a challenge. They both have extremely high IQs, so it's always fun being with them, and I learn stuff from them all the time. I worked onsite and quite a lot offsite out of my home doing graphic design, illustrating and now web design is included in that as well. I've done traditional illustration in various formats/mediums including large scale paintings, onsite portraits. My most unusal portrait was of these really small burros. They were so cute, but had a habbit of butting anyone that went into their corral. So in that case, I created thier portraits from photographs! These days I do mostly digital illustration along with the the graphics. It's nice not having to wash out my brushes! I work also with my ...Expand for more
