Mary's Story
Life
After graduating from high school I worked at the Missouri Audit Bureau in St Louis for 2 years. In 1967 I was married to Tim Earney. He was drafted in April, 1968 and sent to Darmstadt, Germany. I followed in October of the same year lived there until 1970. It was a wonderful experience and I loved living there. After his discharge we came back to Mitchell, IL and lived in the house I grew up in for a year and a half then moved to Villa Ridge, MO where we have been for 35 years. ve two grown children, Anne is 35, married and living in St Louis and Patrick is 34 and lives in Columbia, MO. I have worked as a volunteer at The Agape Help House in Pacific, MO for 10 years. It is the best job I've ever had. I would love to hear from anyone who reads this and remembers me.
Military
My husband Tim was stationed at Ludwig Kasern in Darmstadt, Germany from October, 1968 til April, 1970. We had a lot of fun there and made so many friends. I would love to get in touch with some of them agian, especially Terry Thompson and the Huffs, Clinton and Dolly. Living in Darmstadt was two of the best years of my life.
