I graduated from high school, went to OSU for 1 semester, and decided I didn't want more school. I went to work for FAA for about 2 years. Married a guy from Guthrie that I had gone with in high school. We had a son who is now 47. I also have a daughter who is 40 who was privately adopted when she was born, because of the stigma of having a child when you were not married and I had been divorced for several years. I thought she would have a better life in a two parent home with parents who could afford to take care of her. I contacted her when she turned 21 but she wasn't ready for the new association at that time. She has since located me and has become a big part of my life. I am very thankful to have her. I remarried and had two more children a boy and a girl. The boy is 37 and the girl would have been 33 last November but she was killed by an ex-boyfriend the 29th of September, 2008. I have a total of 9 grandchildren My oldest son has a daughter who is going to be 15. My oldest daughter is the mother of 5, 2 boys aged 19 and 16, and 3 girls aged 13, 7, and 5. My youngest daughter left 3 children, a girl who is now 16 and two boys aged 6 and 8. The 15 year old girl now lives with my 2nd son and his wife, who is an absolute jewel.
