Matt's Story
I quit school in 9th grade and worked full time for the next 9 years, mostly as a landscape construction foreman. I received my GED around age 24 and enrolled at LCCC at 25. I only completed one semester though, I was running heavy eqipment from 11pm until 7am and in school from 8am until 3pm (9pm on Mondays). Needless to say it didn't workout so I took a job as an assembly plant supervisor that led to a promotion to Plant Manager (salery:( ) I left there and went into Inventory control for Siemens Corp. im for about a year. I then met my wife and moved to the poconos. Once here I decided that the commute was to far to the lehigh valley. Jobs aren't very plentifull up here, atleast pay wise. I went into the painting and remodeling business for myself five years ago. The absolute best thing I have ever done.
As I said I live in the pocono mountains in a private community with my wife Sue (she relocated here from Manhatten) my step daughter Maggie, step son Chris, and our four dogs (my kids) a Weimaraner named Tia, Boxer named Buddy, English Mastiff name Jasper, and Ziggy an Australian Cattle dog
