ate career comes full circle. After graduating from East Carolina University, Matt's family became one of the first residents of Heathrow.
In 1987, Matt obtained his real estate license and earned the honor of "Rookie of the Year" for his company. Marriage and Family followed, along with 7 1/2 years as an Investigator with the Florida Real Estate Commision. Matt returned to Residential real estate in 1996, quickly earning respect among his peers for his Dedication and Commitment to service. In 2000 he was honored by the Orlando Regional Realtors Association as its "Rising Star" and went on to become Orlando's 2002 "Realtor of the Year".
Matt also holds the designation of GRI, (Graduate Realtor Institute), his Broker's and Real Estate Instructor's Licenses. Currently Matt teaches the Realtor Code of Ethics for the Orlando Regional Realtor Association.".
