Matthew's Story
Life
Well everyone knew me back then by Chris. When I joined the Coast Guard I started going by my first name, Matt. Bummed around a couple years after high school. Did the whole work for enough to travel to a new area. Saw a lot of the West Coast that way.
Eventually I joined the Coast Guard and got married. As happens to much in the military, the job worked, the marriage didn't. Lived in Vegas for a short time working as a Bartender, the moved back to San Jose, CA. Got into the IT industry and have been doing that...Expand for more
for the last 7 years. I'm currently living and working in Marietta, GA (right near Atlanta). Life has thrown it's ups and downs, but I've been on an up for a number of years, and things are still looking great!
Well the latest update, I've taken an offer with my company, and I'm moving to Houston, TX. Great promotion, nice raise, and a real shot in the arm to my career. Gotta love working with computers. Who would have thought back in High School that I'd turn into a guy wearing slacks, long sleeved shirts, and ties!
