Matthew's Story
Life
Well, its been 19 yrs this year and I can honestly say that I have no clue where the time has gone. It has been great though. One of the only things I regret is not keeping in touch with my friends from school. Several of us tried to keep in touch over the years but you know how life is.
At the moment, my wife, three kids, and two dogs and I live in the UK, ironically enough, Suffolk County England. I am stationed at Royal Air Force Mildenhall (an american Air Force base). I am still a Special Ops Flight Engineer however my primary job is serving as the Squadron Superintendent at the 67th Special Operations Squadron. I am the enlisted leader for the entire unit and it truly is an awesome job.

12, Lucas is 8 and Ethan is 5. They are so funny and having kids has really made me appreciate life. My wife Becky is the greatest thing that ever happened to me. She is awesome. Becky has stood by me and took care of the family while I have been off to many deployments over the years.
The Global War on Terror has been tough on my line of business in the Air Force but we are doing well considering. We do appreciate all the support we get from the American people. Knowing that America stands behind us means allot to me and the folks who work for me and with me in the unit and the entire command.
