Life Divorced with two kids. Thanking the Lord for His many blessings. Allahu Akbar (Praise God) School My life during the high school years were rough. When I was in school I had a blast, enjoyed my time there. After school was when reality kicked in, poor as hell, not knowing what the hell was going to happen, hustling to survive. I loved school because it gave me the knowledge that I needed to make a better life for myself. It was my outlet from the harsh reality I was living in my teenage years. Being in the band, hanging with my comrades in the school and most importantly, learning the skills that would aid me in my quest for success helped me escape the reality that I was a poor black kid, struggling to survive, refusing to become a statistic. Now I'm a success, but far from where I believe I'm supposed to be. I give all thanks and praise to God, and will continue to seek more knowledge and guidance from Him.
