Life Lets see, where to start... I was married w/no kids for nine years. Worked at two banks for a total of 15 years prior to making a career change into nursing. During the time I went back to college to pursue my new career in nursing I worked as a Transportation Security Screener for the federal government approx.3 years. Soon afterwards I attended Mt Carmel College of Nursing and worked as a PCA (patient care associate). May (2007) I graduated from Mt Carmel College of nursing. I took the NCLEX exam on June 12th, 2007 and found out I became a registered nurse on June 13th for the state of Ohio. Prior to taking the exam I accepted a Critical Care Fellowship position at a local hospital that that started July 30th, 2007. I finished the Fellowship and was placed in a department that just did not fit. I was not able to transfer and thus said goodbye to that local hospital. Four days later I attained another job (its good to be a nurse). Unlike finding a business job ... nursing is much easier. I am relaxing, reading books (other than nursing), Trimming the bushes at the house, spending time with my four legged friend - a 13 pound sheltie named Lady Sabrina, traveling with Sabrina in tow, and going to movies when I can. Thats all I got to say about that. Life goes on. Avoided joining the armed forces once again.
