Matthew's Story
Life
I'm Married and have 2 beatiful little girls. Since the Air Force I attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. I've obtained my A&P licence, an Associates in Aircraft Maintence, and a Bachlors degree in Aviation Maintence Management. Lived in North Dakota off and on for 9 years, moved to North Carolina to start a new job in Feb 2004. I used to train and ride horses here in ND, hoping to have my own farm some day. But for now life goes on. Have a job Working For Timco aircraft services, right now I'm on the FedEx A300 line fixing airplanes and get farmed out to work on other lines such as UAL, Airborne Express (DHL), Delta, and various others that stop in for work that has to be done. Bought My first house and live in Winston Salem now.
College
Started my Embry-Riddle classes at Daytona B...Expand for more
each at the main campus and recieved my A&P lience before going back to North Dakota and finishing My Bachelors degree In aviation maintenance mangement thru ERAU extentsion campus.
Workplace
Been working For Timco aircraft services, right now I'm on a FedEx line fixing airplanes and get farmed out to work on other lines such as United Airlines, Airborne Express (DHL), Delta, and various others that stop in for work that has to be done. Worked on A300's, A310's, Boeing 757,767,777, DC-8's, DC-10's. Currently lookign for another job where I can grow and expand my abilities.
Military
Spent 4 years in the airforce working on B-52's and F-15's as a aircraft armament specialist. Spent time at lackland AFB for basic and Lowry AFB (now closed outside of Denver) then off to Iceland and finally Minot AFB.
