Matthew's Story
Life
After graduating high school I attended New Mexico State University and earned my BA in Government. While at NMSU I was involved with student government and worked in the NMSU Activity Center as an EMT and supervisor.
After graduation I attended the University of Missouri - Kansas City and completed my MA in Higher Education Administration. As a graduate assistant I had the responsibility of opening up a new campus recreation facility.

out of grad school by a Kansas City City Councilman to be his aide. I worked for the City of Kansas City for six years, three as the aide to a City Councilman and thre as the Legislative Assistant to the Mayor.
I then worked as a office and warehouse manager for a year and then moved onto computer tech support for an independent software company.
I then moved to H&R Block in 2000 and I am currently working as the manager for Tier I and II desktop support.
