Maureen's Story
Life
- graduated high school
- got married at 18 (big mistake)
- had two wonderful children who were my life
- worked at Central Trust Company for two years
- worked at Kodak for 22 years
- went to night school at RIT and 20 years later earned a Bachelors degree
- got divorced at 40
- single for 9 years (some of the best years of my life)
- met current husband on-line (he in Richmond, me in Rochester)
- long distance relationship for 1.5 years
- quit my wonderful job and sold my beautiful house
- moved to Richmond September 9, 2001; two days later 9/11; culture shock, no friends, no job, very sad
- two weeks later saw Nancy Bruni (Zalcberg) in grocery store; happy, happy, happy
- got married in 2003
- working as marketing direct...Expand for more

- my son Brian, just won his first political race as Commissioner of Waxhaw, NC - very cool! He and his wife have two boys, Andrew 10 and Alex 6. They are my precious grandsons.
- my beautiful, wonderful daughter, Robyn, got married last year, and is a partner in a marketing company.
- my husband, Norm, owns a commercial cleaning business and together we own a boutique, high-end fine paper and invitations store.
- we started an internet marketing business in August, 2008 and then the economy tanked. That is now on hold. In the meantime, I'm doing what I love - I'm a stylist at Nordstorm.
- Norm's daughter, Rachel, is a doctor, doing her residency at Rutgers.
- My mother is still in Rochester
