Maureen's Story

I recently lost my second husband. We were together for over 25 yrs. I miss him very much but he was very ill over the last 3 yrs and I was his full time care giver so I couldn't work outside the home but now I've lost health insurance and income and need to sell my home and I am looking to get back to work full time to fill my days and bring in...Expand for more
some needed income. I need to be out amoung people and reconnect with the outside world. I had worked steadily for over 20 years before he got sick so now it has to be time for me. I have two kids and two grandchildren. My son is finally getting married this coming September. My grandchildren live in CA with their mom(my daughter) and their dad.
