Workplace
I have been in the Marines since I graduated High School in 1994. The past 13 1/2 years have been very rewarding and challenging. It has its ups and downs, but that is true with any job. I was first promoted to LCpl in 1995, Cpl in 1997, Sgt in 1998, SSgt in 2002. I have been around the world once. aq, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Japan. I have served two combat tours. One during OEF in Afghanistan with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit Battalion Landing Team 1/1 and the other during OIF in Iraq with Regimental Combat Team 5, Company B, 1st Combat Engineer Battalion. I have just recently returned from my second tour to Iraq and am leaving for my third tour in a couple days.
