When I graduated college I used my extensive and elite gymnastics background to obtain a college scholarship. As a freshan, I received a full tuition scholarship at UCF. I was on the varsity cheerleading squad for four consecutive years. Not only did I get to travel around the country with the football and basketball team, I also competed on the national level with several other division 1A universities. My first year we achieved UCF first ever national championship. We made school history and paved the way for all sports programs at UCF to compete and suceed at the level that we did. I continued to compete and cheer for them for the remainder of my college career. UCF cheerleading not only framed some of the best memories in my life, but it also layed the foundation for friendships that will last a lifetime.
