UPDATE RE:CHOIR REUNION: In case you've not already heard, Mr. Alesse needs to postpone this summer's choir reunion 'till next year, 2010. He and his wife are just too busy with other commitments and will not be able to do it this summer.
However, I encourage you, if you have not done so already, to contact my sister Karen Wehenkel (class of '81) so she can pass your email address on to Mr. A. HE STILL PLANS TO HAVE THIS REUNION and wants to invite as many choir alumni as possible. Spread the word!
Oh and keep sharing those choir memories on the Choir Reunion discussion board (or on Facebook)! We may just print them out and create a nice keepsake for him.

Most of my favorite high school memories come from being part of the choir. There was nothing like crashing through the doors to the music department and knowing you really belonged. The choir director, Mr. A left the biggest, longest-lasting impact on my life. When driving past the HS recently while in town, the first memory I had were the many choir car wash fundraisers we had. Good times, good times!
As for more current events, I've been married now for 14 years and have 2 awesome kids; my daughter is 10 and my son is 8.
