Melanie's Story
Life
After gradutating I married Dennis Atchley in Oct 1976. We have 2 daughters,Amber(28),Erica(24). We also have 2 grandchildren Ryan-2 and Caroline-7mos. We live in Monroe,Ga. now for 2 yrs. Before, we lived in Conyers where our girls went to school. Amber is now a legal Assistant to Judge Nancey Bills in Rockdale County and Erica is a dental hygenist for Dr Nguyen in Stone Mountain.

when I graduated I was a hairdresser in Conyers where we lived up until 2 yrs ago. After doing hair I went into the window business selling custom windows and trim packages to high-end home builders. I've been doing that now going on 22yrs give or take a couple of years. Dennis, my husband just retired from Dekalb Fire Serv. after 29 yrs. We are now proud owners of a Harley and a 69 Corvette of which he will dragrace.
