Melanie's Story
Life
I'm now living in Chicago with my husband of 30 years. I started out as a flight attendent for United Airlines, and worked for 20 years. Working as a flight attendent allowed us to travel around the world, which was so in keeping with having been an "Army Brat" just like so many of you. We've now been on every continent except Antarctica, which hopefully will be one of our vacation destinations soon.

It was quite a career change, I went from having the most days off as a flight attendent to working the most days on as a Doctor. Now that I'm a Doctor, I'm so much happier, it's wonderful working with patients, and endlessly fulfilling.
My wonderful husband is a sucessful actor, director, and owns an entertainment company. We don't have children, but feel grateful for our family and friends that we have in our lives.
