To Whomever Cares:
I am TERRIBLE about doing this stuff and picture postings baffle me, but I will give it a shot.
I'm in Tallahassee, where I've been since 1983 after my divorce from Wayne Hurst, when Kasey was three. I worked for law firms and waitressed at a 50's bar while I went FSU. I got a stockbroker's license and worked for a Los Angeles company implementing a retirement investment plan for the State. I rose through the company quite well over the next 14 years and traveled almost monthly to LA. It was during this frequent flying that the World Trade Centers were destroyed.
I married a guy from Tallahassee named Ralph Esposito that sells plants. We have a daughter named OLIVIA. We divorced and then a few years later I married a guy named Ralph Esposito that sells plants and we had 2 more kids, NIC and SYDNEY.
I quit the Friday after the bombings on Wed. Sept. 11. We had just bought a new house and I had a first grader, a toddler and an infant so I gave it all up to live this life of glamour and ease as a housewife. I've accumulated 4 small houses through the years and thus I am ...Expand for more
somewhat of a landlord or Land Ho or slum lord, just a few of the names my kids offer for me.
So in 2009 here's the deal: I can't see any way around turning 50 next year so that's that. My kids are aged 29, 15, 11, and 9, and for what my advice is worth, I wouldn't recommend that spread to anyone. Next year I'll have one in High school, one in Middle, and one in Elementary.
I'm a grandma now, or as my granddaughter PAYTON calls me, a Big Mama. Kasey and Payton live about 4 miles away. So does my cousin, Sheree Amburgey Neill, whose husband is my husband's BFF.
We spend our summers at our other house on Lake Mystic in Bristol, which is like Mayo without the downtown shopping area. I don't get to Mayo that often but I am still BFF's with Melanie Mansfield Dorminey from Trenton.
I despise reality shows, replaced wine with chocolate, play some tennis, junk shop, decorate my houses, and drive a restored red and white 55 Rocket 88 Oldsmobile. I like Retro and eclectic anything and oh yeah "long walks on the beach" and definitely am for world peace. I think I get odder as the years go by...
