Melanie's Story

I married in 9-74, had two kids, and at the age of 38 found myself suddenly single after my husband of 21 years passed suddenly of a heart attack. Wow, it was so unexpected, but we all got through. Now, I am suddenly thrust into the dating world. How things have changed. Dating was a scary thing after all these years, but I took the plunge, and found a great guy, and remarried. Goodrich, and I am enjoying myself with my new grand daughter, and another on the way. Life sometimes throws a curve at you, but I learned how to adjust and look toward the future and all the mystery it holds. I love my life, and wish I could turn back the clock a bit, and find the energy I had in my youth. I am looking forward to the things that have yet to be, and the people I care about to spend time with.
