Melena's Story
Life
I am happily married to Dusty Bernard (who also graduated from BUHS in '94). We have 2 beautiful kids--a girl, Johanna, born in January of '05 and a boy, Austin, born July of '07. I moved to Reno in November of 1992, then to Florida in 1999, then back to Reno in 2001 and have been here ever since. I am a stay at home mom and licensed massage therapist and work part time a couple of evenings a week. My husband recently graduated from college (May '08) and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and currently works for the Dept. of Veteran...Expand for more
s Affairs. We would like to move back to Bishop someday to raise our kids there (hopefully they wouldn't get into as much trouble as I did!), but we will most likely stay in Reno. I'm lucky to still have family in Bishop and we are happy to be able to visit whenever we want. There is just no other place like the Owens Valley! Maybe we'll move back when we're of retirement age(which really isn't very far away....I mean, we've already been out of high school for 20 years!) Looking forward to our reunion and I would love to hear from anyone that feels like saying hello!
