Melinda's Story
Time to catch up. It's been awhile since I've been on classmates, but here I am again.
For those of you that notice that I've visited your profile and attended Zweibrucken American High School...it's because I did as well from 1984-1985 (graduated back home though) and am always searching for those long lost friends.
Let's see...life has taken some crazy turns. I left San Diego for Las Vegas when I was 21. My mother already lived out there and I decided to attend UNLV. It was a great time. The Runnin' Rebels were hot then. Elementary Ed was my major...although I do not teach. I am a graphic designer. Odd.

es in Kansas. Met several wonderful people have impacted my life greatly. I met my husband there and we now both live in St. Louis, Missouri. I miss home! I miss the beach! Missouri needs a beach, it's so dang hot out here during the summer. And those tornado warnings still freak me out.
Let's see, I was single on my 30th birthday, but by 32 I was married and having my first child...Grace. 22 months later I had Jacob. I was ready to head back west right before all of this happened. Funny how things change so quickly, so drastically, when least expected.
I'm doing graphic design still. I've been at the same place going on 8 years and I love it!
Love my babies...they keep me laughing and have made me realize what is important in this life...friends, family and smiling!
