Melinda Frank:  

Life I married a wonderful man named Robert in 1997, 2 years after HS. He is a medic in the United States Coast Guard. We have a beautiful daughter together, and she is our world. Up until now, we've always been a family who's moved around. We've lived in many different areas in the U.S and we've meet a lot of great people during our journeys. We're very happy that we're now back in our home state of California for good, and living near family. We just bought a house and my husband will be retiring from the military soon. As for myself, I was a stay at home mom up until my daughter started grade school. I then went to school for cosmetology and worked as a hair stylist for a few years, but I have always dreamed about being a nurse. So, in 2009, I went back to school, did my pre-reqs and got my associate's degree. Shortly after moving back to California ( Summer 2011) I started nursing school.
