Melinda's Story
Life
It's been a long time since I've checked in with classmates. My husband Carl is still self employed but is now working in the woods. He loves the work and says it's relaxing. Our daughters are both married and one has made us grandparents twice. The oldest is 6 and she is very smart & cute. The youngest is 4 and he is all boy. He has the biggest eyes and longest lashes. He's going to have a lot of girls calling him in just a few years. Our other daughter is expecting her first later this year. We can't wait to meet him. We have two dogs. Chloe is a lab/pit mix. d bands on her. The other is Lucky. He is a lab mix also. He is so laid back. He loves the grand kids too. We are living in North Yarmouth. We would love to move up north somewhere but don't want to move too far from the kids. I am still at home. I'm going to start working part time. It will keep me moving and hopefully keep my mind sharp. In recent years my husband & I have driven a lot of the country. I can't believe how much of this great country we hadn't seen and how much we still have to see. We have explored route 90 (Oregon to Maine), route 80 (Utah to Ohio), route 70 & route 40. We hope to do some more in the coming year.
