Melissa's Story
Life
After I graduated from High School, I worked at LaRosa's for two years and then was hired on by a Law firm called Deters, Benzinger and Lavelle. I worked there from 1994 until 1999. I met my husband in 1993 and we got married on September 2, 1995. We are going on 12 years this year. We have two beautiful twins, one boy and one girl, who were born on August 24, 1999. That is the year I quit the law office. I was a stay at home mom until this past year when my kids started 1st grade. I now substitute for the Kenton...Expand for more
County School System, which is the system my kids are in. My kids will start 2nd grade this fall and I will go back to subbing. I sub for the Instructional Assistants. It is a fun job and I get to meet alot of different kids. I only do the Elementary Schools and one Middle School, because the Middle School is right next door to their school. I also helped out with the PTA and will probably try to do so again this year. I also helped out in their classrooms. We also have one dog named Buddy and one cat named Buster.
