Melissa's Story
After high school I went to college in eastern Idaho, were Trever and I started dating.
I was married to Trever Sweeney in the summer of '99. I graduated with an AA in health sciences. Then we moved to Provo UT, while Trever studied at BYU. I got a degree in Dental assisting and worked until we moved to Mount Vernon, Wa., were Trever became a police officer. At that time I was six months pregnant. I was living with my parents while Trever was at the academy. Our first son was born on Christmas Day in 2003. He was the first baby born...Expand for more
at Silverdale that day. We lived in the Mount Vernon area for about three years. In Feb. of 2006 our second son was born, he got RSV at one week old and was life flighted to Children's Hospital in Seattle. He did great and is almost two. He moved to Idaho in April of '06. Trever and I wanted to be closer to our families. ( his brother lives here, his parents are selling their house to move here, and my parents live in Boise now.)Trever now owns a stucco and stone bussiness. I get to stay home with my beautiful boys. Life is great.
