Melissa's Story
Hi to all my old friends and classmates from Foster. I recently set up my Facebook which brought up some of my peeps from Foster which led to me coming to this website and now I'm really interested in finding out how and what some of you are doing.After our sophmore year, due to my fathers job with Boeing, we had to move to Kent. YUCK! I wasnt a happy camper and ended up moving back to Wichita,Ks which was where I moved to Tukwila from, the summer before 8th grade. In 1981 I came back to Washington and attended Griffin in downtown Seattle and after only shy of 2yrs moved back to Wichita, became employed with Kroger which led me to a transfer to Lawrence,Ks (Go Jayhawks,KU)where I met and married Dave. rys Univ. and Elliot, 16yrs old, in high school and in every sport he can be in. I'm currently unemployed due to a medical disability. I've had Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue syndrome for 8 yrs and just recently it's progressed to a point that I can no longer work. But hey, early retirement is a good thing. You dont have to ask me twice to stay home and be a housewife. I always wanted to anyway but we never could afford it. Actually, my hubby and I divorced for 7 yrs (stupid decision) and now we have been back together for almost 2 yrs. It couldnt be better. I mean at almost 51 yrs old ya think it'd be about time to get your life figured out, right? Please contact me and let's catch up.
