Melissa's Story
Life
I grew up in a military family. I was born in Hawaii and lived in Wisconsin until the 2nd grade. I then moved to San Antonio, Texas for the next 4 years. In 6th grade we moved to Florida. I went to junior high and 1 year of high school there and my Dad retired from the Air Force and we returned to Texas. I went to Judson for 2 years. ield. After college I went to Big Bend Texas and worked there for about a year. I went back to San Antonio for a couple of years and ended up back in the Big Bend Area for the next 10 years. I had three children and attended Sul Ross State for a couple of semesters. After getting divorced I moved to Colorado and have lived there since 1991. I am back in school yet again but this time I am pursuing an accounting degree and have a job as an accountant.
