Melissa's Story

I am a native of Tulsa. My schools include Hale High School. I graduated from Oklahoma State University and many years later launched a second career. I went to school in San Antonio and became an R.N. I remarried in 2004 and currently work and live in Bend, Oregon with my husband, Mark. I am retired from my nursing career. I mountain bike, hike, love rock and roll and am generally enjoying life. We are blessed by God to have a wonderful family. My husband has three grown children...Sarah the midd...Expand for more
le daughter graduated from OU med school and is a PA. in Tulsa. Michael the oldest is a film maker and lives in LA. Rachel, the youngest, attends UNC but will be finishing her doctorate in Portland. We are looking forward to having some family nearby.. My father died after a long battle with MS 10 years ago. Mom passed away two years ago June. I still get back to Tulsa to see our two grandchildren and to visit my brother and his family. I am always amazed by the changes in our old stomping grounds.
