Melissa's Story
This is completely foreign territory. I am facebook illiterate (other than indirectly with my two daughters' involvement with facebook) This feels a little facebookish to me.- it seems kind of fun. I told Bill Condon that I would help try to gather people and their addresses, etc. in order to get info out to them about the class reunion of 2012!!. Talk about planning ahead. He worked so hard organizing the last few reunions and I want to try to help. I am not sure yet how to best help him. But stay tuned.
I always loved languages and other cultures and majored in Spanish at CU. And by golly I have used that knowledge/skill in my work ever since - as an interpreter/translator ...Expand for more
in the schools and now in a family visitor program where I interpret for the nurses in an educational home visit program for first-time moms.
I love to ride my bike, camp and swim laps for my exercise. Rob and I are going to participate in Ride the Rockies this year with our daughter Tess - and two thousand! of our other closest friends.
Tess and Molly, our two daughters are out of the nest. We love 'em but it is really pleasant, we have to admit. Tess is in medical school and Molly is a junior in college- both happy, exploring life and working hard.
I personally wish we could have a reunion sooner than 2012- I loved our other ones. So wonderful to see all of you. . .
