Melissa's Story
I have started a family later than most. I lived it Johnson City after high school and attended ETSU. I dropped out after 3 years, and came back to K-town to work. I continued to take courses at Pellissippi State until I finially graduated with an Associates Degree in 2000.
I got a job after I graduated in Bloomington, IL and lived there for almost 3 years. I loved living there and would probably still be there if Les Jones had not asked me to marry him. He is a local from Maryville and we started dating in 2000 and continued long distance.

ame home and was married in August 2003. I went back to ETSU to get my Bachelors degree. I drove 2 hours, two days a week for 3 years in order to get it. During this time, I had two babies and worked part time. I finially graduated in May 2006 (while I was 9 months pregnant!), with a degree in Computer Science.
Our first daughter, Katie, was born in September 2004. Our second daughter, Natalie, was born June 2006.
I am currently working in downtown Knoxville and I love it. I rarely see anyone from school, but I hope everyone is doing good.
